A creative space for communities to solve what matters, together.

You don’t have to wait for permission, policy, or perfect conditions to start solving problems in your community. You just need a space built for action - and the support to make it real.

‍Solve Studio is a local problem-solving hub, designed to help people come together, name what’s not working, and create what could be. It’s part idea lab, part community gathering, and fully driven by the people already living the experience.
And now, we’re opening the doors for a small group of community leaders to pilot Solve Studio in your own cities or neighborhoods.

What Is Solve Studio?

Solve Studio is both a physical experience and a digital toolkit created to help communities move from frustration to forward movement.

We give you a structure to gather people around local challenges and a flexible format for co-creating new possibilities. Each studio session is guided, creative, and collaborative - not just a brainstorm, but a starting point for real solutions.

In the pilot, you’ll get everything you need to bring it to life:
A customizable Solve Studio Launch Kit (session guides, materials, branding, and facilitation tools)
Strategy support and creative coaching from The Visionry team
Access to the Solve Studio digital platform for community connection and idea tracking
A spotlight in our Solve Studio story archive — sharing what your community is solving

How We Serve Your Community

The Visioning Pre-Work
If you haven't already completed the Purpose Prototype Retreat work, you'll do so before your sprint starts. This visioning work sets the foundation for your impact-driven ideas. One week prior to the start of your sprint you will receive a sprint planning guide to help you prepare for our 30 days together.

The Sprint Plan + Tools
The day your sprint begins you will receive access to your comprehensive sprint dashboard. This is to ensure the integrity of the sprint format - it's only effective when everyone starts at the same time and is working on the same tasks. The resources and tasks inside the dashboard will help you ideate deeply, then validate and build out your concept. You will also be provided direction on any other tools or information that may be helpful for your concept.

Live Weekly Group Sessions
Each week there are two live group sessions. One is a standing coworking session and the other is a collaborative session whose content focus is dependent on what week of the sprint we are on.

Asynchronous 1:1 Support
At any time during the sprint if you need individualized support - more than posting your question in the community space - you will have a sprint-exclusive link to send DeAnna a video or text message with your question to start an asynchronous conversation.
